Call Recording

Most business phone solutions now allow you to use Call Recording as a means to help with staff training, reduce abuse staff may get and to create a legal record of a conversation so that any agreement made is legally binding.

There are two Call Recording types namely recording on demand which is an instant recording that goes into your voicemail box and from there flows into your email as a WAV file as a permanent copy for storage. There is also permanent call recording which is either as a stand alone package added to the system or is part of an integrated solution.
